With over a quarter of a century of experience, Algün Construction has achieved great success in becoming Düzce’s leading real estate brand. In declaring 2025 as a year of breakthrough, Algün Construction aims to deliver six of its ongoing projects and initiate new projects. Since its establishment, Algün Construction has provided homes for over 5,000 families in Düzce.
Cihat Algün, the Chairman of Algün Construction, stated that they are accelerating their efforts to deliver the residential units in their Düzce projects. He highlighted the company’s contribution to the local economy, brand value, social life, and the modernization of the city through its 47 projects in Düzce. In 2024 alone, Algün Construction completed the construction of five projects, selling a total of 209 independent units covering 24,453 m².
2025: A Year of Milestones
In line with their commitment to excellence, Algün Construction is gearing up to deliver 738 independent units across six projects in 2025. The company has strategically planned to focus on completing the residential units in their Düzce projects this year, while also making a foray into the Istanbul market. Currently, Algün Construction is active in 16 construction sites in Düzce, with ongoing sales in six of them.
