Orge Group CEO Ahmet Geçgel, with almost 40 years of experience in the industry, announced the opening of the new Themore Concept factory. Geçgel emphasized the company’s commitment to digital transformation and R&D investments to digitize production and supply chain processes. Operating in a 17,000 square meter factory in Aydın, the company produces kitchen, bathroom, door, wardrobe, and decoration products with a team of 400 people.

Geçgel highlighted the company’s focus on high-quality standards and wide production capacity. With an annual production capacity of 15,000 kitchens and bathrooms and 30,000 doors, the company plans to relocate to a 45,000 square meter production facility in Umurlu Organized Industrial Zone by 2025, tripling its production capacity. Geçgel also emphasized the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability in all production processes.

Looking ahead to 2025, Geçgel outlined three strategic priorities for the company. First, the implementation of a fully automated production facility to increase production capacity and efficiency. Second, expanding into high-potential export markets such as America, Europe, and the Middle East to increase export revenues by 25%. And finally, investing in digital transformation and R&D to develop eco-friendly and functional products.

On the retail front, Geçgel revealed plans to increase the number of stores from 5 to 35 by 2025 and eventually to around 60 by 2026. With existing factory outlet stores in Aydın, İzmir, Istanbul, Bodrum, and Kuşadası, as well as 15 franchise locations, the company aims to expand its presence in France, Macedonia, Oman, and Pakistan.

In conclusion, Geçgel expressed optimism about the company’s growth trajectory, citing a 120% increase in performance in 2024 compared to the previous year. By focusing on innovation, sustainability, and international expansion, Themore Concept is poised for continued success in the years to come.
